I’m Tara Decoda and I am a digital marketer and social media strategist for healthcare professionals and private practice/clinic owners.

I began my professional career in the beauty industry as a celebrity and commercial hair stylist in NYC before launching my beauty agency in 2014. Over the three years of running my agency, we had the opportunity to work with notable clients such as Rita Ora, Martha Stewart, Hannah Bronfman, Bobbi Brown Cosmetics, Buzzfeed, Barney’s New York, DKNY, NYFW, in addition to working on national campaigns for Home Depot and Triscuit, among others. During this period, I was also featured as a business owner in the award-winning book "Pivot: The Only Move That Matters Is Your Next One" by Jenny Blake, the founder of Google’s Career Guru Program.

After deciding to retire completely from the beauty industry after closing my company, I then relocated to Las Vegas where I began working for one of the largest digital marketing agencies in the country where we managed digital advertising campaigns for clients such as the Dallas Cowboys, Bausch & Lomb and GODIVA. Later that year, I was invited to be the keynote speaker for the National Coalition of 100 Black Women- Las Vegas chapter’s Economic Empowerment event, where I spoke on using digital marketing to expand your local footprint.
